Center for Companies That Care provides legally required Transitions Services to college-bound Freshmen through Seniors in the form of:
- Instruction and Workshops
- Experiential Learning
- Goal-setting
When the full program is delivered to high school students, they are entitled to on-going support through college. A la carte services are also available, but do not include on-going college support.
Transition Services focus on skill building and information dissemination throughout the four years in which it is delivered.

- Laws protecting students and adults with disabilities
- Navigating College
- Procedures for disclosing a disability
- Transitions to College Workshops
- College Advising
- College recommendations consistent with grades, scores, student’s interests and services needed
- Confidentially research specific services and individual colleges without identifying student
- Selecting a “best fit” college from among acceptances

- 3-Day College Bus Trip
- College Simulation for College-Bound High School Seniors
- Internship
- Job Shadowing Days
- Career Fair
- Community Service
- College Fair and March to College
Objectives for post-secondary education and/or employment
- Assessment of student’s strengths, needs, preferences and interests
- Post high school goal setting
